Why I started reviewing the Front Range's indie bookstores

Colorado’s Front Range has a quietly excellent independent bookstore scene, and it deserves a map. This site is my attempt to keep track of the shops worth your time — what each one is good at, where to find it, and what’s happening there.
Every store gets an honest write-up, an address with directions, and a pin on the map. Some posts here will be about a specific shop; others (like this one) are just notes on the scene. Either way, the goal is simple: get you to please read something — ideally bought from a shop within a short drive.
